Pilates mat

Pilates is an exercise system developed in the early 1900s by Joseph Pilates to primarily strengthen the core muscles and increase flexibility. Pilates mat brings a unique challenge to use just your body and small props to strengthen and use every muscle in your body.  This class proves to challenge everyone from beginner to advanced!

Fitball

Adding a Fitball to your Pilates workout increases resistance and provides a greater range of motion. The Fitball provides excellent support for back, neck and joints and better muscle control for a more effective workout.

The Pilates Barre

The Pilates Barre signature workout class combines ballet, weights, and Pilates. Using both a pilates ball and ballet barre, the moves gently sculpt the inner thighs, waist and arms and improves flexibility and coordination. Usually set to upbeat music to keep you energized and motivated, our class targets all major muscle groups and improves flexibility and coordination

Foam Roller

Exercising with a Foam Roller improves circulation and flexibility and clears up problems caused by tight muscles. Using foam rollers loosens up all of your muscles so all exercises you do are more effective as a result.
